This notice explains how Trovo Pte. Ltd. ("Trovo", "we") collects, uses and protects personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you send a quote request or contact us, we collect your name, company, work email, phone number (if given) and the details of your request.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare a quotation.
- To process orders, deliveries, invoices and payments if you place an order.
- To keep business and accounting records required by law.
To block spam, our quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical information from your browser (such as your IP address) to confirm you are a person. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately agree.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only as needed to provide our services: our website and hosting provider, email and messaging providers, our accountants and corporate service provider, and couriers for deliveries. Some of these providers may store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure the data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months. Records linked to orders are kept for as long as Singapore law requires for business and tax records, currently up to 5 years.
How we protect it
Requests are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. Only people at Trovo who need the data to do their work can see it.
Your choices
You may ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot complete your request. We will reply within 30 days.
